What do we do?
RegTech Engineering provides tailored software solutions for automated compliance checking/monitoring, so that you can focus on what matters to you.

How do we do that?
Depends on your needs. In general, regulatory requirements are implemented into a computer program, so that given some data input, compliance can be checked or monitored.
RegTech Engineering aims at sharing and applying insights from various research works in artificial intelligence & law led by world-class jurists and computer scientists.

In Dialogs, our flagship computational framework, regulatory requirements are translated into digital rules that can be understood by humans and computers. Sensory data streams can then feed a logic rules engine triggering the rules to perform compliance monitoring. Compliance monitoring is automated and achieved in real-time. If some breaches or infringements are detected, then notifications are sent through.

Do you need to cater for undecided outcomes? Dialogs can handle conflicting pieces of information, and label compliance statements as accepted, rejected or undecided.

???

Do you need explanations for compliance outcomes? Dialogs provides structured arguments explaining compliance outcomes.

Do you need time? Dialogs handles temporal aspects of legal reasoning, including achievement obligations with deadlines, maintenance obligations, and time of force.

For whom?
Governance risk and compliance functions, governmental agencies, regulators… anyone having to check or monitor compliance.

Who are we?
